Job summary

A leading international manufacturer is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Selangor, Malaysia. This role involves managing warehouse activities related to projects and customer service. Responsibilities include arranging material picking, conducting stock counts, and updating inventory in the SAP system. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain or engineering, has 2-3 years of relevant experience, and must be flexible to work shifts and overtime.

SUMMARY OF JOB

Responsible for general warehouse activity related to projects and customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To arrange project/spare part material picking according to picklist.
  • To conduct cycle count and stock take.
  • To update material charge out in SAP system.
  • To monitor third party warehouse material flow and communicate for the picking and packing requirement.
  • Must be able to work on shift pattern and over time.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to work with tight deadline task and project.
  • Operation experience in the similar industry will be added advantage.
