Job summary

A leading e-commerce platform in Malaysia is looking for an Operations role to monitor staff attendance, manage asset recycling, and perform inventory checks across hubs. Candidates should preferably have a degree in Business or Supply Chain Management and experience in warehouse operations. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments. This role involves working five days a week at the Pulau Indah, Klang location.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description

• To monitor asset staff & driver's attendance, submit OT reports to Fleet Management Team (FMT) at the end of every month.
• To monitor the gunny & pallets recycling, investigate & report any abnormalities.
• To run cycle counts of hubs/regional centers (RCs) and present summary to management.
• To assist the asset team to create transfer tasks or other tasks needed in the Automated Sorting Machine.
• To ensure all inbound & outbound of PDAs are completed daily.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcome to apply.
• Experienced in warehouse asset operations would be preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
• Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required.
• Working pattern: 5 days a week (overtime if required)
• Working location: Pulau Indah, Klang
