A leading luxury brand is seeking a Client Support Team Lead for their e-commerce operations in Shah Alam, Malaysia. In this role, you will lead and manage a high-performing Client Support Admin team, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Client Support Team Lead (E-commerce Operations): As the Client Support Admin Lead, you will oversee the Client Admin Support team within the warehouse to ensure a smooth and accurate e-commerce fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery. You will be the key liaison between the e-business and product teams, warehouse operations, and last-mile logistics partners, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction for the FBP Division.
