Job Responsibilities
- Daily Financial Management: Under the guidance of the Group Finance Center, responsible for daily financial verification, accounting, and supervision of company business transactions. Manage general ledger and sub-ledgers, perform reconciliations and month-end closings, and clear outstanding receivables and payables.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and detailed schedules, conduct financial analysis, and submit reports to the Group Finance Center.
- Cost Control and Budgeting: Assist in reviewing, accounting, and monitoring company expenses under the guidance of the Group Finance Center to ensure achievement and optimization of cost targets.
- Taxation: Coordinate with third-party firms and handle taxation matters of Malaysia Anmei under the guidance of the Group Finance Center, including tax filings, refund claims, and annual corporate income tax settlements. Process VAT invoices for input certification and deduction to ensure tax compliance.
- Other Financial Matters: Assist in handling annual audit reports and tax settlement documentation, and manage relationships with banks, tax authorities, regulators, and other external parties. Responsible for daily expense reimbursements, payments, and payroll processing.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Carry out temporary tasks assigned by supervisors and other department leaders.

Job Requirements
- Professional Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in financial software, Excel, Word, and other office applications. Background in Accounting or Financial Management, with good knowledge of Malaysian tax, accounting laws, and regulations.
- Work Experience: Typically requires 1-3 years of relevant experience. Capable of preparing annual and monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and fixed asset reports.
- Personal Qualities: High professional integrity, detail-oriented, patient, cautious, steady, with strong sense of responsibility and execution. Able to work and learn independently, with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Salary Range: RM5,000 RM7,000.
