A leading aqua feed company is seeking an Executive in Technical Sales (Aquaculture) based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves developing marketing strategies for various regions and providing technical support to farmers. Candidates should have a degree in Biology, Marine Science, or Aquaculture, with a preference for fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience. This position requires frequent travel to Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, and Perak.
Responsible to set some marketing strategies within the assigned territories (Northern Region/Southern Region/Center Region/Pahang Region) for the Aqua Feed Division to achieve or exceed the market share set by the management and provide technical support to help customer grow in their aqua business.
Responsible to achieve market share in responsibility area set by the management.
Perform frequent farm visits, and act as solution provider to provide technical support to farmers on Farm Management, Feeding Program and Weighing of the fish / shrimp are in accordance with best practice and KPIs set. To collect sampling and prepare reports to ensure smooth functionality of the farms.
Responsibility to find key feeder farm to create our feed performance in the market to build company brand equity by monitoring farm progress including collecting & analyzing data from the key feeder farm.
To ensure key feeder farm satisfaction with our feed quality & performance.
Liaise & support with relevant parties on issues pertaining to diseases and any other problems faced by the farmers.
Provide technical support and guidance to key feeder farms & hardcore customers by implementing good aquaculture practice.
Monitor and analyze customer databases in terms of requirements and buying patterns for sales forecast to support production plan.
Responsibility to create the feed performance comparison with competitor feed in competitors’ customer farm to identify our feed positioning in the market.
To gain aquafeed sales from competitors’ customers & retain existing customers.
Degree in Biology, Marine Science, Aquaculture or equivalent
Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years of working in aquaculture or related.
Based in Kuala Lumpur and need to travel frequently to Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, and Perak
