We are seeking an individual to work in Hafary Trading Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of International Ceramic Manufacturing Hub Sdn Bhd that located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor who can :

Responsibilities
  • Attend to showroom walk-in customers, provide product consultation, prepare quotations and close sales.
  • Maintain showroom condition and coordinate with internal teams for delivery and order follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales target.
  • Provide excellent customer and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness and product displays standards are constantly met.
  • Accurately prepare and follow up on quotations and sales order.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and escape when necessary.
  • Assist in stock checks and sample management.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities as required.
  • Ensure timely coordination with logistic and warehouse for delivery arrangements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all customer transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers.
