Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have:

• Strong organizational skills with a preference for structure, processes, and clarity.
• Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
• High sense of responsibility—own results and do not shift blame.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin (written and verbal) is a must, as dealing with China's client.

What We’re Looking For

• We are looking for a highly responsible and detail‑oriented Operations Manager who can build, scale, and optimize the company’s daily operations from the ground up.
• This role is not a “follow instructions” position — we need someone who can create systems, solve problems, and ensure smooth operations across the organization.
• You will be responsible for end‑to‑end operations, including logistics, product management, warehouse coordination, vendor communication, documentation, after‑sales processes, and installation scheduling, ensuring all workflows run seamlessly.

Operational Leadership

• Build and maintain smooth, reliable day‑to‑day operations workflows for solar inverters, battery storage systems, and EV chargers.
• Oversee inventory management, stock movement, goods receiving, quality checks, and product dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records for documentation, delivery orders, invoices, warranties, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement SOPs across all operational touchpoints to ensure consistency and reliability.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with suppliers, installers, logistics partners, dealers, and internal teams.
• Schedule installation, delivery, and service activities efficiently.
• Manage project timelines and ensure customers receive timely updates.

Efficiency & Problem Solving

• Identify potential issues before they occur.
• Solve problems quickly, clearly, and responsibly.
• Continuously improve processes to reduce delays, costs, and operational risks.

Customer Success Support

• Support after‑sales processes, including warranty registration, product troubleshooting, and system documentation.
• Ensure customers experience smooth onboarding and ongoing service continuity.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
• Produce weekly operational reports, stock summaries, and improvement proposals.
