Job description
  • Brand Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute brand/category strategies and growth plans aligned with market trends and consumer insights.
  • Marketing Calendar & Budget Management: Create and manage brand experience calendars across the marketing funnel and oversee advertising budgets.
  • Performance & P&L Accountability: Drive topline and bottom-line targets, monitor brand performance, and manage levers impacting net sales, margins, and profitability.
  • Integrated Communication & Media Planning: Translate consumer insights into creative briefs, ensure impactful IMC campaigns, and optimize media planning across all stages of the funnel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with eCommerce, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver omnichannel activation and category growth initiatives.
  • New Product Launches: Lead rationale presentations, coordinate launches and relaunches with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams.
  • Campaign Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-campaign evaluations and implement course corrections for improved effectiveness.

A successful Sr Brand Manager should have:
