Job description
Delivery Planning
  • Acknowledge receipt of customer POs and ensure compliance with Navision standards (price, quantity, terms, delivery date, etc.) before system entry.
Shipment & Forecast Coordination
  • Prepare shipment demand plans, request/receive forecasts, and review forecast accuracy with customers.
Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze forecast accuracy versus actual sales and report findings to Sales & Marketing and Materials HOD.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and complaints; work closely with Sales & Marketing to prioritize customer requirements.
Job Requirements
  • University Degree in required along with relevant experience is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin - to deal with Chinese client
  • Experience with ERP systems is beneficial
  • Effective communication with customers and internal staff is necessary
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is required
  • Strong time management skills are essential, particularly for on-time delivery
