A digital marketing agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Live Campaign Manager to execute and manage daily live campaigns. The role involves collaboration with hosts to generate engaging audience-driven content and real-time monitoring of sessions. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, be fluent in Mandarin, and have excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with TikTok LIVE is beneficial. 💰 Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM6,000 (Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives)
Plan, manage, and execute daily live campaigns with energy and precision.
Collaborate closely with hosts to create engaging, audience-driven live content.
Monitor live sessions in real time to ensure smooth flow and vibrant atmosphere.
Review performance data after each campaign to identify trends and optimize results.
Coordinate with platforms like TikTok for updates, campaigns, and partnership projects.
Experience in live streaming, entertainment, or digital operations is a plus.
Familiar with TikTok LIVE or other streaming platforms — campaign or creator management experience is a bonus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with hosts and the live ops team.
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable using data to understand audiences and improve engagement.
Fluent in Mandarin (required), with good English and Malay communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
