Job summary
A leading firm in Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Company Secretarial, to assist in compliance and secretarial duties. Responsibilities include ensuring timely statutory document submissions and preparing board papers. Ideal candidates are graduates from the ICSA with at least two years of experience in a similar role. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and may require travel for board meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Company Secretarial function.
- Experience in handling public listed companies is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Company Secretarial in all secretarial duties.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare board papers and write minutes for board meetings.
Skills
Education
To assist the Head of Company Secretarial in relation to all secretarial duties and functions.
Ensure all aspects of Company Secretarial duties and functions are in compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate lodgement/submission of statutory documents to the relevant authorities.
Preparing board papers and writing minutes for the board meeting.
Other duties to be assigned from time to time.
Candidates must be graduates or finalists of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Company Secretarial function. Experience in handling public listed companies will be added advantage.
Meticulous and multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
Must be willing to work at our office located at Jalan Klang Lama, KL.
Will be required to travel within Malaysia or overseas for board meetings.
