A sales support company in Malaysia is looking for a Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales Executive and Sales Manager with various customer inquiries. The role involves coordinating with departments for timely delivery, preparing sales documentation, and providing support to the sales team. Ideal candidates should possess sales coordination experience and at least a diploma, along with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position requires detail-oriented individuals capable of working independently and collaboratively.
To assist Sales Executive & Sales Manager in corresponding, coordinating and collaborating with various customers’ inquiries and complaints, by communicating with all related departments.
To provide on-time, polite, intelligent and attentive service to sales persons at all time.
To coordinate with Production and Logistics Department to ensure timely delivery of customer’s order.
To prepare and file various sales documentations in a timely and orderly procedure. Documents include Quotations, Proforma Invoices, Production Order, Job Order, Delivery Orders, Commercial Invoice, Monthly Sales Reports and etc.
Update all Customer data, purchase record and meeting minutes.
Monitor and update all ISO Filing Records to ensure all records are in timely and orderly manner.
Handling of company ERP System, prepare entries when PO comes in.
Responsible for supporting all Sales/Account Manager in all activities such as preparing quotation and attending to customer enquiries.
Assist to liaise to customer enquiries while the sales people are not available. Follow up on logistic and sending samples etc.
General administration work directly and indirectly related to sales.
Handle walk in clients and serve them wholeheartedly.
Managing showroom, clear stocks and mock up items.
