About the role
House Of Diplomats Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support its Director. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As the Personal Assistant, you will be a critical member of the team, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of the Director's day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Managing the Director's calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
Providing administrative support, including preparing documents, reports and presentations
Handling a variety of correspondence, both written and verbal, on behalf of the Director
Organising and maintaining the Director's filing system and other records
Assisting with event planning and coordination
Providing general support to the broader team as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
MUST KNOW ENGLISH AND MANDARIN
