We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Infant and Toddler Caregiver to join our team in Eco Majestic, Selangor. You will play a crucial role in the early development, safety, and well-being of infants aged 0–18 months in a warm, hygienic, and caring environment.

Position Overview with Key Responsibilities

As an infant and toddler caregiver, you will;

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with developmental milestones

Provide hands-on care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, bathing, diaper changing, soothing to sleep and interactive play

Create a safe, hygienic & nurturing classroom environment, adhering to JKM and KPWKM regulations.

Observe and document children's health, growth and developmental milestones, communicating clearly & effectively with parents

Apply professional childcare knowledge for early stimulation & basic infant massages

Help the infants and toddlers to develop healthy routines & daily habits

Administer first aid and respond promptly during emergency

Support developmental activities and emotional care in a structured routine

Requirements

Good attitude and responsible, demonstrate good personality, good communication skills and problem-solving skills

Minimum 1 year professional experience in infant care and/or confinement centre. Training will be provided.

Diploma or Degree in any related field (E.g. Nursing/ Early Childhood Education/ Psychology)

Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board would be an added advantage

Basic knowledge of Kursus Asuhan PERMATA (KAP) or willingness to attend

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English

Salary & Benefits

· Monthly Salary:RM2,200 – RM3,000(depending on experience and qualifications)

· Contributions to EPF & SOCSO
