Job description

Salary: RM3000 - RM3500
Location: PJ, Malaysia
Working day & hour: Monday – Friday (8.00am to 5.30pm)
Contract duration: 12 months contract under Persolkelly (extendable contract)

Duties:

Partner with BHR in preparation for all performance management activities, including talent reviews, year-end calibration activities, and goal setting. This position will enable the BHR team to deliver business solutions faster by standardizing communications, ensuring timelines are met in the most agile and efficient manner, reviewing data for accuracy, identifying trends and common insights to help drive practical business outcomes.

Serve as super user or system expert for those systems used by BHR for HR processes in order to assist and support BHR in the execution of these activities and to answer and assist business partners. This includes Workday, Employee Survey, and talent management tools.

Coordinate work to deliver effective and timely solutions for business partners. Proactively communicates and addresses questions posed by business to ensure understanding of HR processes and initiatives.

Manage on-boarding processes and activities for new hires, contractors, and interns.

Support interview arrangement and general offer letter.

Interfaces with vendors and processes payment (HR).

Responds to employees’ inquiries and requests with timely, accurate, and professional responses while continually prioritizing among static (email, correspondence, calls)

Running reports.

General office administration includes maintaining office inventory and supplies, managing all liabilities licenses, office maintenance and etc.

Other assigned tasks/projects/events from time to time


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources/Psychology/Business Administration or related field.

Fresh graduates with the above degree and good CGPA are welcome to apply.

Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Canva.

Build strong relationships with peers and business partners.

Raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo. Seeks process improvement opportunities.

Learns fast, grasps the ‘essence’ and can change the course quickly where indicated. Creates a learning environment, open to suggestions and experimentation for improvement.

Ability to handle highly confidential data.

Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, through verbal and written communication.

Ability to deal with time constraints and effectively manage deadlines.

Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Knowledge of HR reputation and laws – EA. Knowledge in ER/IR is a plus.
