About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at the HerbaLine Global Wellness Group' in Puchong or Sri Hartamas. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. As a key member of our culinary team, you will assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations and help to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

What you'll be doing

Assist in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control

Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient and consistent food production

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Manage kitchen inventory and place orders for necessary supplies

Contribute to the development and refinement of our menu offerings

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment in the kitchen

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations

Ability to work well under pressure and manage a team effectively

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
