A well-established preschool is seeking a dedicated preschool manager to oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage staff, implement educational policies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. With a focus on growth and quality education, this role requires strong management and communication skills, making it perfect for current preschool leaders.
Fully responsible for all aspects of preschool day-to-day operations, including educational management, logistics management, staff management, and safety management.
Develop and implement policies and procedures.
Lead the overall work of the preschool, develop work plans, control budgets, and regularly assign and report on tasks.
Supervise the implementation of curriculum and lesson plans.
Responsible for hiring, staff evaluation, and training of preschool teachers.
Handle student records, assessments, and referrals.
Plan for enrollment growth, address parent concerns and feedback.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or higher in a related education field, with a preference for early childhood education specialization.
Knowledge of early childhood education or educational management.
Extensive management experience with well-developed management skills.
Knowledgeable about the operation of the early childhood education industry and relevant laws and regulations.
Strong verbal communication, coordination, and crisis management skills, with the ability to handle various emergencies.
