Qualifications

Job description

Candidate must possess at least LCCI or Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of working experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.

Experienced in SQL Accounting software.

Able to start work immediately.

Analytical, with a good working attitude, and able to work independently.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Perform daily operational accounting & finance functions in accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, cash, and bank management.
  • Participate in closing accounts, preparing financial statements, and reporting.
  • Assist in the consolidation of accounts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and quarterly reports.
  • Attend to auditors or tax agent queries related to annual audits and tax submissions.
  • Liaise with bank officers regarding bank matters.
  • Respond to ad-hoc duties as delegated.
