Job description

Position: Field Operations Coordinator

Intake: Immediate

Industry: Fintech

Working Duration: 12-month contract

Working Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday; 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (OT Provided)

Salary: Basic up to RM3,300 (based on experience and skills) + OT

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute data collection operations, following clear guidelines provided by the supervisor.
• Be prudent and detail-oriented for data and information collection. Ensure all forms for data collection are filled in correctly.
• Conduct ground research as required, which might involve traveling out of the office to gather data and insights from various locations.
• Share feedback and suggest improvements to existing operational guidelines.
• Adhere to company confidentiality procedures and policies when collecting, storing, and sharing data.

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking and writing in English
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience; candidates with a background in Social Science, Psychology, or Arts are encouraged to apply
• Experience in research and methodology (both qualitative and quantitative)
• Proficiency in using Google Suite products (e.g., Google Forms, Google Sheets) will be advantageous
• Willingness to work for at least 0.5 days during weekends. OT pay will be provided accordingly
