A leading company in Malaysia seeks a Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment strategies, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws. The role includes implementing performance management systems and providing opportunities for career advancement. Ideal candidates will have experience in recruitment and HR policies. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment from job posting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Conduct workforce planning to identify staffing needs.
Assist in monthly payroll processing, including time attendance checking, claims, and statutory contributions.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records, and maintain compliance with company policies and Employment Act 1955 (Amendment 2022).
Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
Work with department heads to set performance goals and provide feedback.
Address performance issues with coaching and development plans.
Maintain and update HR policies in line with changing legal requirements and best practices.
Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Handle disciplinary processes and termination procedures in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
