Job summary

A leading engineering firm based in Klang City is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll, recruitment, and training programs. The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure adherence to HR policies. A Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Business Administration and at least three years of experience in HR management are required. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and HR processes is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll for non-executive staff.
  • Oversee recruitment and screening of candidates.
  • Prepare HR letters and company memos.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and organize training.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and manage KPI targets.

Job description
Payroll
  • End-to-end payroll for non-executive
    • Local & Foreign Workers – include fomema, Immigration (visa levy renewal), permit & COM
    • Preparing Executive data for example attendance, leave, call back allowances for submitting to HQ
    • Preparing EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF & PCB payment instruction
    • Printing monthly payslip
    • Preparing CP8D data for submitting to HQ & EA Form for non-executive and distributing to them
    • Preparing monthly payroll reconciliation report to Account Department
Recruitment
  • Advertisinng job vacancies through media social for example JobsMalaysia, facebook, indeed and etc
  • Screening possible candidate for further interview
  • Selecting possible candidate for the job position
  • Preparing documentation for appraisal by end of probation period
  • Preparing letter for confirmation or probation extension
HR Letters & Memos
  • Preparing all HR letters as needed
  • Preparing memo as required on company announcement
Training
  • Perform Training Need Analysis (TNA) by department & plan yearly training program
  • Source training providers and choose most suitable in terms of pricing
  • Follow up Year to Date (YTD) plan vs. actual
  • Orientation program for new employee
  • Carry out training effectiveness evaluation
KPI Preparation
  • To meet all KPI targets as required by Management for all key indicators such as:
    • Punctuality
    • Turnover
    • Employee Satisfaction Survey
    • Training Programme
Disciplinary Actions
  • Receiving complaint by the HOD
  • Analyzing the complaint
  • Counselling the staff
  • Making report and collecting the data/proof
  • Discussing the matters with GM/CEO for the next action
  • Ensuring the action is done from approval by GM/CEO
Other Tasks
  • Represent the Company if needed
  • Response to external inquires as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree/certificate/advance diploma in HRM/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in the HRM
