- Stay on top of current social media trends, audio, and formats to keep content relevant and fresh.
- Repurpose long‑form videos into bite‑sized, platform‑optimized clips.
- Assist in developing monthly social media calendars and campaign content plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (design, and campaign teams) to ensure timely content rollout.
- Support paid social executions such as post boosting and audience targeting to increase content reach.
- Monitor performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, conversions) across all channels.
- Analyze results to identify what type of content performs best and make recommendations for improvement.
- Apply data‑driven insights to refine creative direction and posting strategy.
- Monitor social channels for comments and messages, ensuring timely and professional engagement with followers.
- Identify user‑generated content and trending topics to leverage for community growth.
- Work closely with the creative, campaign, and analytics teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
- Keep up with platform updates, new content tools, and creative best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (internship experience acceptable).
- Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and social media analytics tools.
