Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account cum Finance Executive / Junior / Manager / Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review daily accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely recording.
  • Handle full set of accounts, including month-end closing, management accounts, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, expense tracking, and variance analysis to support management and quarterly reporting.
  • Manage invoicing, collections, payments, receipts, supplier statements, and banking transactions.
  • Oversee cash flow management, fund transfers, and other treasury-related matters.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper maintenance of accounting records, filing systems, and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and Company Secretary on audit, taxation, statutory, and financial matters.
  • Handle tax and statutory matters, including SST, monthly tax returns, tax planning, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for year-end audit and statutory reviews.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings such as Form E, CP8D, Form EA, and other related requirements.
  • Monitor costs and provide financial data, analysis, and support to management for business decision‑making.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal financial processes, policies, systems, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and regional teams to support financial operations and compliance requirements.
  • Undertake any other duties, responsibilities, projects, or assignments as may be directed by Management, Head of Department, or person-in-charge from time to time in support of business and operational needs.
Qualifications & Skills – Who Are We Looking For
  • Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (mandatory) and fluent in English.
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • Applicants must possess a Diploma or Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or MIA are highly preferred.
  • Must have no criminal record; strong integrity and clean financial background is critically important.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills and a self‑motivated mindset to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain high levels of performance under pressure, and effectively solve problems while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
