- Gestión de sistemas de nómina, asegurando pagos oportunos y cumplimiento de regulaciones.
- Preparación de estados financieros, pronósticos de flujo de caja y modelos financieros a largo plazo.
- Diseño e implementación de controles internos para asegurar la precisión de los datos.

Descripción
End-to-End Financial Management
- Manage payroll systems, ensuring timely payments, accurate tax withholdings, and compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and external advisors for seamless payroll operations
- Oversee external bookkeeping and accounting teams to maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial models
- Maintain cap table, track ESOP, and manage equity reporting
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to support growth and funding strategies
- Analyze key metrics including CAC, LTV, gross margin, and unit economics
- Collaborate with the CEO and department leads to optimize OPEX and CAPEX investments
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Design and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy
- Lead audit preparation and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Finance Business Partnering & Leadership Support
- Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the CEO and leadership team
- Drive cross-functional collaboration on financial planning, cost management, and investment decisions
- Enhance finance systems, reporting tools, and workflows for scalability
- Prepare investor reports and support investor relations efforts

Perfil buscado
* Proven experience with U.S.-based companies and solid understanding of US GAAP
* Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments and willing to take a hands-on approach
* Skilled in managing outsourced teams and payroll vendor relationships
* Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
* Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-adapted to remote work settings
* CPA certification preferred but not required
