As a Backend Developer, you will play a key role in shaping our software solutions. • Software Development: Create, test, and maintain applications and services using Golang.
• Code Optimization: Improve performance of existing software through refactoring.
• Software Architecture: Design scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures for new applications or services.
• API Integration: Connect services via RESTful APIs, gRPC, or protocols.
• Automated Testing: Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Documentation: Keep code, architecture, and system documentation up-to-date.
• Code Reviews: Participate in reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and business teams.
• Security: Implement security best practices to safeguard systems.

• Preferred bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with Golang expertise
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and other protocols
• Proficient in automated testing
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Familiarity with code review processes
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development
