Python + Django Senior Developer at BairesDev

We are looking for a Python & Django Senior Developer to join our development team and lead complex projects. You will work with a world-class team, utilizing the latest tools and methodologies to create high-impact solutions that drive innovation.

What Youll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using Python and Django.
- Lead architecture and design discussions, guiding technical decisions.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in software development with Python and Django.
- Deep understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their integration with back-end services.
- Proficiency in databases, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
