The Fintech Office is a specialized engineering team at the heart of our financial ecosystem. While the Payments, Disbursements, and GRC squads keep the day‑to‑day platform running, the Fintech Office focuses on high‑impact, cross‑functional projects that unlock the next wave of growth for Félix. This team’s mission is to enable Félix’s financial infrastructure by optimizing cross‑functional systems and managing financial resources to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.
