A leading business association in San José is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The Silicon Valley Leadership Group (SVLG) is the leading business association representing the innovation economy and its ecosystem. SVLG is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Executive Assistant to support our CEO and the broader Office of the CEO. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, this role is crucial in helping the CEO stay focused on the right priorities by managing time, communications, and logistics with care, discretion, and good judgment.
In addition to supporting the CEO, this role will help with scheduling for members of the senior leadership team, draft and manage executive communications, coordinate events and meetings, and support day-to-day office and operational needs. You’ll be a key partner to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and a steady presence in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.

This is an in-person role based in San Jose due to the highly collaborative nature of the Office of the CEO and the need for real-time coordination with executive leadership. This position does not require travel.
