A leading automotive company in Saltillo, Coahuila is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with safety standards and federal regulations. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in health and safety, preferably in the automotive industry, and advanced English skills. This full-time role involves managing safety systems, conducting audits, and fostering a positive safety culture.

Formación

  • Requires 5 years as Health & Safety coordinator, preferred automotive industry.
  • Previous experience with ISO 45001.
  • Knowledge of federal regulations.
  • Analysis and recognition of risks expert level.

Overview

Workplace Health & Safety Coordinator

Reporting and investigating incidents, gathering feedback and communicating lessons learned and best practices. Compliance with Mexican regulations and Stellantis Safety Standards. Responsible for the maintenance of the Safety Management System of Stellantis (ISO45001). Identify and inform management of compliance issues, risks, and improvement opportunities through trend reporting analysis and metrics management. Perform Safety Conversations & audits. Train and assist others (Area Managers, team members, etc.) to complete their safety responsibilities Manager. Participate in process improvement activities and manage actions to completion. Manage the implementation of high-risk work permits, pre-task risk analysis and corporate programs. Creating, maintaining and improving an exemplary Well-being and safety culture.
