Senior Python Developer

Lead the way as a Senior Python Developer in our accomplished team. With your deep knowledge of Python and mastery of critical frameworks, you’ll provide guidance and leadership in developing sophisticated applications using the latest technologies to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance Python applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable.
• Mentor and guide junior and semi-senior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
• Make critical architectural decisions, contributing to the long-term strategic planning of software projects.
• Oversee and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high software quality standards and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay at the forefront of Python development trends and emerging technologies, evaluating and advocating for their adoption where beneficial.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders, providing technical insights and recommendations to influence decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Python.
• Strong understanding of best practices, such as SOLID and clean code, focusing on scalable solutions.
• Extensive experience with code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed technical decisions and apply the best approach for each use case.
• IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Advanced level of English.
