A leading automotive company in Saltillo is seeking a WHS Coordinator to implement and manage Health and Safety processes. The role involves ensuring compliance with WHS regulations, conducting training, and analyzing safety performance. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 5 years of related experience, with strong knowledge of WHS standards and fluency in English.
The Plant Wellbeing, Health and Safety (WHS) Coordinator is responsible to implement and administer standardized WHS processes to ensure Safety and Health compliance to Federal, State, Provincial and Local regulations as well as Corporate Policies and Procedures. The WHS Coordinator is expected to contribute to the achievement of Corporate and local targets and savings by eliminating occupational injuries/illnesses, property damage and environmental impacts. This position will specifically focus on improving and safeguarding the Wellbeing Health and Safety of all employees, supporting SPW Safety Domain activities and Safety Management System (ISO 45001).
