Webinar Production Specialist – Job Description

Responsible for the coordination and production of Rockwell Automation’s webinar activation, which is critical for generating awareness and engagement from our target markets.

We are seeking a passionate webinar production specialist to help execute our webinar and meetings.

Key Outputs of this role include:

• Working with stakeholders, program managers and speakers to deliver an active annual webinar program.
• Stakeholder and speaker liaison.
• Set up and delivery of live and semi‑live webinars to high production standards.
• Optimizing webinar content to enhance the On Demand experience.

Role Purpose

The Marketing Operations team at Rockwell Automation is looking for a Webinar Production Specialist who is an expert in the set‑up, production and delivery of webinars.

This person will be setting up webinars on the platform (Notified), organizing and carrying out dry runs as well as the broadcast of both live and semi‑live webinars.

This role will be responsible for supporting and expanding the implementation of our global campaigns and programs delivering engagement, leads through awareness of Rockwell products and services globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with stakeholders and speakers to organize dry runs and schedule webinars.
• Setting up webinars, dry‑runs and pre‑recordings on the webinar platform.
• Supporting speakers and stakeholders in the run‑up to webinars.
• Running webinars, ensuring all technical production is covered to deliver a professional webinar experience with high production values.
• Working with reporting and analytics to report on webinar performance.
• Editing webinars and pre‑recorded webinars.
• Using opportunities to create promotional videos.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in virtual events or webinar production role for B2B global / professional organization.
• 2+ years’ experience in using webinar platforms – Notified experience advantageous.
• Project management experience.
• Production management experience.
• 2+ years’ production and editing experience.
• Experience of using project management systems – JIRA experience advantageous.
