The Impact You’ll Make

As our Sr Solutions Engineer - Web, you will be the technical backbone behind Incode’s enterprise integrations — ensuring our clients experience seamless, secure, and high-performance identity solutions. You’ll guide customers through complex integrations of our platform, troubleshoot advanced technical challenges, and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will not only resolve issues but also shape how our technology scales and delivers impact across global enterprise environments.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Integration Excellence – Lead the end-to-end integration of Incode’s identity platform with client systems, ensuring smooth deployment and performance stability.
• Technical Leadership – Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization – Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across web and API integrations with precision and speed.
• API & SDK Implementation – Build and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs (Web & Mobile), optimizing for reliability and security.
• Continuous Improvement – Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to enhance integration flows, platform capabilities, and client experience.
• Collaboration & Enablement – Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-quality support and technical enablement to enterprise clients.
