Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and organizational culture in the team in charge.
- Plan and coordinate activities of receiving, storage, assortment and distribution of materials and products.
- Oversee and ensure physical inventory and system accuracy, as well as accuracy in shipments and transactions.
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives (Lean, 6 Sigma).
- Measure and report warehouse KPIs (cycle times, inventory turns, picking accuracy, in-transit, inbounds, outbounds).
- Coordinate internal audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage the warehouse operating budget and seek cost efficiencies.
- Develop and execute training and development plans for operational staff.
- Implement contingency plans for operational disruptions.
- Maintain effective and professional communication with internal and external customers on an ongoing basis.
Required Skills and Knowledge

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel desirable).
- Knowledge in ERP systems (preferably Baan).

- Desirable handling of data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Job Requirements
- Completed professional career (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration or related).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics.
- Advanced English (oral and written).
- Availability of schedule and to travel.
- Valid passport and visa.
