Senior Product Manager – Data Privacy

Job Description

The role of Senior Product Manager – Data Privacy is to lead the development and governance of privacy-first data capabilities across retail technology landscapes. This involves ensuring that customer, employee, and operational data is collected, processed, and used responsibly while enabling innovation across omnichannel commerce, personalization, digital marketing, and enterprise analytics. Key responsibilities include defining and owning the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for data privacy, leading implementation of privacy‑by‑design capabilities, and ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience delivering data products, with 3+ years focused on data privacy, data protection, or governance
  • Strong understanding of retail data domains (customer identity, loyalty, payments, e‑commerce, POS)
  • Hands‑on experience with privacy technologies (consent platforms, preference management, data masking, anonymization)
  • Familiarity with privacy standards, assessments, and practices (GDPR, CCPA / CPRA, DPIA, LIA, RoPA)
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP / AWS / Azure)
  • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders in fast‑paced retail environments
