A leading call center management company is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage call campaigns in a fast-paced, virtual environment. The ideal candidate should possess a college degree and a proven track record of developing teams in the real estate sector. Responsibilities include providing direction to the call center team and ensuring all objectives are met efficiently. Competitive compensation will be based on experience. Profit sharing is available after one year.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be able to execute the call campaigns masterfully in order to train and coach
  • Provide leadership, direction, guidance, and support to all call center team
  • Fuel enthusiasm throughout the culture
  • Appropriately prioritize team goals and individual goals to effectively achieve business objectives
  • Be a part of the leadership team with strategic planning as it pertains to operations and achievement of results
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exceptional work ethic, high energy, demonstrates urgency and can thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proven track record developing and managing Engagement Specialists (ISA's) in the Real Estate industry, and experience in managing virtual teams in different time zones
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
  • Exudes the ability to lead, inspire, motivate and influence others to achieve their highest potential
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication (written and verbal) with internal and external customers
  • Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and self‑motivated mindset
  • Nice to have knowledge of Zoho and Five9 management systems
REQUIREMENTS
  • College degree
  • Minimum of 4 years call center experience required, with at least 2 years at the manager level or higher – Director level experience preferred
  • Tech‑savvy and familiar with a variety of Real Estate platforms (bonus)
  • Minimum high‑speed internet connection of 50 MBPS
  • Good quality equipment – headset, computer, dual monitors
  • Relatively new computer with a minimum memory of 8 GB of RAM and a processor speed to perform efficiently
  • Non‑distracting home office environment
