A leading call center management company is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage call campaigns in a fast-paced, virtual environment. The ideal candidate should possess a college degree and a proven track record of developing teams in the real estate sector. Responsibilities include providing direction to the call center team and ensuring all objectives are met efficiently. Competitive compensation will be based on experience. Profit sharing is available after one year.
