A leading industrial company in Santiago de Querétaro is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee equipment availability, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on maintenance management and English proficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance.
• Knowledge of development, implementation, and maintenance methods.
• Working knowledge of planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment and machinery.

• Guarantee the availability of production plant equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Guarantees the availability of production plant equipment complying with the preventive maintenance program.
2. Manage the department budget.
3. Manage and promote cost reduction projects in the maintenance area.
4. Maintain good communication with other departments.
5. Encourage and promote compliance with safety rules.
6. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations through maintenance activities.
7. Schedule and execute maintenance programs for facility services.
8. Participate in installation, modification, and relocation of machinery.
9. Manage external suppliers.
10. Coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
11. Promote safety and training initiatives.
12. Coordinate new equipment installation in the plant.
13. Maintain lands and buildings and promote 5S activities.
14. Design facility services.
15. Manage equipment parts warehouse.
16. Report monthly area metrics.
17. Manage STPS program.
18. Review engineering revisions of new equipment.
19. With safety coordination, perform checklists for new, modified, or added equipment and lead related activities.
20. Develop checklists for new, modified, or transferred equipment and lead the necessary activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of experience in maintenance.
3. Knowledge of development, implementation, and maintenance methods.
4. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations at local and federal levels.
5. Working knowledge of planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, and facilities, including ISO 50001 standards.
6. Fluent in English.
