The Opportunity
The main purpose of the role is to support HR operation across LATAM for vacation process with legal guidelines, company policies and employee processes; guaranteeing cero errors and generating value added services and processes of the organization.
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience in personnel administration, payroll or related field
Practical experience in personnel management software
Knowledge in Excel
