Responsibilities include developing skills, tracking training activities, and supporting Trainers and trainees. • 1 year of experience as a Training or AMT Leader.
• 3 years of experience with ILUO system or similar Industrial Engineering systems.

What You’ll Do

Ensuring a consistent, high-quality training product is delivered. Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate, register, and document training activities within the company. Responsible for imparting training necessary to maintain the optimal level of competence of production employees. Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and support to Trainers and trainees. Follow up on certifications/recertification processes. Other tasks include improving and implementing training development goals for production personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing skills of Production Operators and guiding them to fulfill their roles and goals.
• Reporting, system updates, training assessments, and documentation.
• Updating Learning to Learn (L2L) systems.
• Training facilitation and certification processes.
• Kappa Certification and detection.
• Registration and maintenance of training documents.
• Tracking all training activities in the database and ensuring completion.
• Following up on the Training Matrix.

What Is Required

• 1 year of experience as a Training or AMT Leader.
• 3 years of experience with ILUO system or similar Industrial Engineering systems.
