A leading global healthcare technology company is seeking a Principal Training/Ed Specialist in Mexico City. This role focuses on developing and coordinating training initiatives for both internal teams and healthcare professionals. Candidates should have over 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, and be fluent in English and Spanish. The Principal Training/Ed Specialist is the OU/therapy/Business expert for training subjects. Partners with OU marketing, Medical Science and global OU to standardize, localize and adapt product and therapy training for internal and external audiences.
This person will be responsible for internal training programs and will support Medical Education activities for HCP when necessary. This role will implement training and ensuring daily tasks are accomplished, interacting with both the field team and HCP to communicate information vital to the training process, and implementing and following up on projects related to training and education. This person executes the product Training program for Medtronic employees, distributors, and HCPs, coordinates, and implements training and education projects related to the team and to HCPs itself, interacts with various departments on a regular basis, troubleshoots issues as necessary, and implements ways of improving and making processes more efficient.
As principal Specialist may support the manager on team management tasks when required. The position will be located at LATAM in a hybrid model.
