The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Commerce and has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in SAP and MS Office. This position offers an opportunity to work with international trade operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in International Commerce, Customs, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an import and export specialist.
• Experience with customs documentation and filing.

Responsabilidades

• Generate customs documentation for import and export shipments.

Responsibilities

• Generate customs documentation for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate customs clearance with US and MX customs brokers.
• Digitally file customs documentation and maintain complete files.
• Ensure all customs documentation is complete and correct for each shipment.
• Facilitate compliance with customs clearance operations among involved parties.
• Track materials for border crossings.
• Support internal requests for southern bound materials to the plant.
• Participate in in-bond processes.
• Implement changes related to Annex 24 regulation of inventories.
• Apply tariff regulation processes.
• Implement government changes related to customs and trade.

Related Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in International Commerce, Customs, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an import and export specialist.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, and Annex 24.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Access, Excel).
