A leading global technology firm in Durango is seeking a Drafter III to develop product information and ensure manufacturing quality. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, at least 2 years of experience in the Metal Mechanic Industry, and strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks. Develop product information such as drawings, lists of materials dxf's, etc.
Check the product technical information such as calculations, drawings and information certificates materials, WPS, etc.
Check the manufacturing information by applying the principles of JCMS (Lean Production) such as FMEA, Process Diagrams, Sheets methods applicable, etc.
Check the information and engineering procedures.
Check the product information and technical obsolete.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related
2 years of experience in the Metal Mechanic Industry and Metallurgical knowledge + previous experience in a similar role ( 3D modeling, GD&T)
Knowledge of the use of software programs as Pro-E Pro-Mechanic, AutoCAD, Solidworks, Creo Parametric, Office and SAP System.
Ability to make relations with direct people.
This position requires a quality-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details.
