A manufacturing company in Mexicali is seeking an Engineer to design, develop, and implement new products and processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least one year of experience, and CAD software proficiency. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in electricity, electronics, Mechanical, or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• English proficiency of 80%.

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new products, processes, or technological improvements. Responsible for optimizing the processes related to the tools, molds, and equipment used in product manufacturing.

Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in electricity, electronics, Mechanical, or similar.
• At least 1 year of seniority at Footprint.
• English 80%

Knowledge and experience:

• Proficiency in engineering principles, materials, product design, and applied research methodologies.
• Experience with design/engineering software (CAD, CAE, etc.), laboratory testing, and data analysis.
• Project planning, technical documentation, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
