An international automotive manufacturer located in San Luis Potosí is seeking an Advanced Specialist in Logistics to coordinate logistics operations and improve supply chain processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields and over 2 years of experience in the industry. This role involves designing KPIs, leading end-to-end logistics operations, and ensuring compliance and efficiency in logistics.

Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Operation Logistics.
  • Knowledge of supply planning processes including packing, transport, and material flow.
  • Experience in managing logistic costs.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate actions with production and Logistics Service Providers.
  • Design KPIs to optimize logistics performance.
  • Lead end-to-end logistics operations.

What awaits you?
  • Coordinate and align actions with production areas and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure operational continuity, even in critical situations such as line stoppages, shift extensions, or unexpected disruptions.
  • Design and implement strategic KPIs to monitor and optimize the performance of logistics processes, supporting data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Lead end‑to‑end logistics operations, ensuring the seamless execution of both administrative and physical processes, while effectively managing any technical or organizational equipment failures.
  • Conduct periodic process validations to ensure high standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency within the logistics department.
  • Plan, execute, and lead Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) focused on optimizing physical logistics processes and generating sustainable value.
  • Manage material planning processes, ensuring accurate master data management and efficient inventory control at the component level.
What should you bring along?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Operation Logistics.
  • Knowledge of supply planning processes including packing, transport, material flow, and logistic costs management.
