About The Job

The Decision Sciences Initiative of the School of Government and Public Transformation at Tecnologico de Monterrey are seeking a research programmer and data scientist to join a team working on multiple research projects in the field of neuroscientific experimentation, climate change mitigation modeling, economic modeling, network modeling, computational experimentation and decision support tools.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Implement complex machine learning, statistical, data-mining, economics informatics algorithms.
• Design, setup and run computational experiments to execute algorithms on various types of biomedical or healthcare related data.
• Design, setup and run computational experiments to evaluate and benchmark cutting-edge machine learning algorithms.
• Develop and modify decision support tools and demonstrations. Create documentation for all software, code and experiments.
• Design and implement data infrastructure; Ensure the integrity and security of data, code, and analytical experiments.
• Write or help prepare technical reports and/or publications
