What you’ll do?
- Manage, develop and motivate a team of software integration engineers to help them grow in their technical expertise and meet their career aspirations.
- Manage application development and prepare estimates for tasks and delivery.
- Forecast challenges and dependencies, communicate them to relevant stakeholders, and propose alternatives if possible.
- Work with teams across geographies to deploy and support solutions developed by the engineering team, ensuring customers and stakeholders are well informed of progress and risks.
- Provide technical leadership and direction, and dive deep into new technology.
- Foster a continuous improvement cycle to build organizational efficiency in an informal environment where change is the norm.
- Act as design lead, solution expert, and team lead; coordinate, plan, and support testing, cut‑over, and post‑go‑live periods, producing training material.
- Have a good understanding of Agile ways of working and issue analysis skills.

What You’ll Bring?
- Enterprise Integration Platforms - TIBCO, version 5.14+, 6.8+ (and above versions if applied)
- Deployment working knowledge on TIBCO Administrator 5.11 & TIBCO Enterprise Administrator
- Development & deploying TIBCO BW Container edition will be an additional advantage.
- Messaging concepts - TIBCO EMS messaging models, Kafka basics
- SOAP/REST, JMS, JDBC, XML/JSON, XPATH mapping, strong hands‑on experience of integration patterns; development experience & working knowledge of SAP/ADB/LDAP plugins
- Demonstrated experience with managing and monitoring TIBCO using tools such as TIBCO administrator, hawk or API management/mashery; Java, GitHub, and Unix/Linux shell scripts; service‑oriented architecture (SOA) and micro‑services based solutions; and developing complex services/solutions based on enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience in using Java or other object‑oriented languages.
- Advanced knowledge in API Gateway security policies and securing APIs (OAuth2, SSL)
- Good experience in CI/CD design and implementation, preferably using Azure DevOps
- Working knowledge of Oracle RDMS, MS SQL.
- Understands a broad spectrum of technology to provide part or all a detailed technical design to meet customer requirements.
- Knowledge of automation trends for operational security processes (e.g., Vulnerability Management, Change Management)
- Proficiency in any one or more modern programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, shell)
