This role involves collaboration with R&D teams and conducting mechanical and thermal validations. Candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have a basic understanding of data analysis and 3D modeling. A permanent right to work in Mexico is required. Formación

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field is required.
• Basic knowledge in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Entry level 3D modeling proficiency.
• Intermediate English level.
• Unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Support design of thermal solutions and reference platforms for microprocessors.
• Evaluate mechanical and thermal validation plans with R&D team.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop test plans for mechanical designs.
• Provide insights from test results and coordinate with equipment suppliers.
• Perform system acceptance tests and structural analysis of mechanical components.
• Develop automated tools for data analysis.
