A leading industrial safety company seeks a Channel Sales Manager in Mexico City to drive revenue by managing and growing the partner network. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of account management experience and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is a remote role requiring commitment to extensive travel. A competitive compensation package and participation in a commission program are offered.

Formación

The Opportunity
  • Requirement to speak English and Spanish
  • This is a remote position open to candidates in Mexico City
  • Must live within 30-45 minutes of a major international airport and be willing to commit to extensive travel (60%+) to manage a dedicated territory

As a Channel Sales Manager at A‑SAFE, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue by managing and growing the partner network across the region. The is a senior, field-based position responsible for the execution and implementation of a comprehensive partner program and channel sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent account management skills, a proven channel sales track record, and a deep understanding of the industrial safety sector.

In this role, you will :
  • Build A‑SAFE credibility, brand value and trust with partners.
  • Identify new areas for growth; propose and manage programs and initiatives accordingly.
  • Create, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for growing revenue through partners.
  • Take overall responsibility to recruit, develop and manage new and existing channel partners.
  • Qualify new partnership opportunities and facilitate partner onboarding and enablement requirements.
The ideal candidate will have :
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager
  • Experience in managing large scale relationships
  • Proven experience in executing & onboarding new Partners
  • Ability to plan, execute and monitor comprehensive business plans
  • Proven ability to enable, grow & manage multiple channel partners while paying strict attention to details
  • Experience in Industrial Manufacturing & DCs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Compensation :

Exact compensation is dependent on circumstance of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in our company commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
