Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service and Project Management.
• Proficient SQL skills with some familiarity in coding languages.

• Fluent English: +80% proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and report telematic installation volume monthly.
• Manage follow-up on suppliers and client requests.
• Create and report billing detail records.
• Track tickets and follow-up on escalations.
