This company delivers comprehensive IT services to professional services firms, helping clients keep their technology secure, their data protected, and their systems running smoothly. The team is passionate about providing exceptional client experiences, and they are looking for someone who is just as excited about client communication as they are about technology. The ideal candidate is based in Latin America, highly fluent in English, energetic, engaging, and eager to build strong relationships with clients. Technical training will be provided — what matters most is the candidate’s ability to connect with people and maintain a proactive, positive attitude.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly, high-energy client support through phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot IT-related issues and provide solutions (training provided)
  • Communicate professionally and clearly to understand client needs
  • Maintain strong data privacy and security practices
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate
  • Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and a client-first approach

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A lively, personable, and engaging demeanor with a passion for helping others
  • A professional, quiet work environment free from distractions
  • Reliable hardware capable of supporting required software applications
  • Previous customer service or client-facing experience is preferred
  • Basic awareness of data security and privacy best practices
